Affiliate Disclosure

Discover WV Today is an independent travel guide. To help cover the cost of running this website and to keep our content free for readers, we sometimes participate in affiliate marketing programs.

How Affiliate Links Work

Some of the links on this site are affiliate links. This means that if you click a link and make a purchase or booking, we may earn a small commission. This comes at no additional cost to you — you pay the same price you would if you visited the merchant directly.

Programs We May Participate In

We may participate in a variety of travel, outdoor gear, ticket, and booking affiliate programs. These can include hotel and lodging platforms, outdoor equipment retailers, tour and activity marketplaces, and other travel-related services that are relevant to planning a West Virginia trip.

Our Editorial Independence

Earning a commission never changes our recommendations. We recommend places, products, and experiences because we believe they are genuinely useful to travelers, not because of the commission we might receive. Our opinions and editorial content remain our own.

Sponsored and Partner Content

If we ever publish sponsored content or a paid partnership, we will clearly label it as such so you always know when a relationship exists.

Questions

If you have any questions about this disclosure or about how we fund the site, please reach out. We're happy to be transparent.
